Training Schedule
The first 6 weeks will be spent training on 1st shift:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
After successfully completing the training period, the schedule will transition to the regular 2nd shift hours of 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position involves operating equipment used in the processing and production of circuit board panels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with machinery, following detailed instructions, using basic computer systems, and performing quality checks throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
Load circuit board panels onto racks and properly prepare them for the coating and printing process.
Apply film to circuit board panels and operate the equipment used to print the required patterns.
Run circuit board panels through developing equipment to wash away and remove the film as part of the production process.
Review production documents and verify that the correct information and instructions are being followed.
Upload production documents and job information into the computer system, allowing the automated equipment to perform the required production process.
Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure panels are processed correctly and efficiently.
Perform visual inspections and quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Follow detailed work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Communicate any production or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and production documents.
Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter and upload information.
Ability to learn and operate production machinery.
Strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Dependable attendance and willingness to work the required schedule.
Ability to successfully complete the 6-week 1st shift training period before moving to 2nd shift.
