About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Muffins to join our team at our Ontario, CA bakery. As an Operator 3, Muffins, you will be accountable for setting up, monitoring, and controlling the Divider/V-Mag to ensure muffin products are formed accurately, meet quality specifications, and flow efficiently through the production process while upholding food safety and GMP standards.

  • Shift: 3rd
  • Schedule: 10PM - 6:30AM
  • Weekend availability: Required
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $25.00
Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)
  • Set up, inspect, and operate the Divider/V-Mag to ensure products meet company specifications
  • Monitor dough consistency and communicate conditions or variances to the Mixer Operator and Foreperson
  • Maintain proper operation of flour dusters, timing mechanisms, and dough flow systems
  • Verify product quality throughout processing and complete accurate production documentation
  • Identify and communicate food safety, quality, or equipment concerns to Supervision promptly
  • Maintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work areas
  • Support overall production needs by performing additional assigned tasks
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a food-production environment
  • Ability to read, write, and complete accurate and legible documentation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks
  • Strong attention to quality, safety, and process consistency
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
  • Experience in bakery production or ingredient handling
  • Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food-safety protocols
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues
  • Strong teamwork orientation and attention to detail
