Operator

Davis Staffing, Inc as an immediate need for a Production Operator who will support manufacturing operations across all 25 production processing areas. This role is responsible for product filling, packaging, assembly support, equipment operation, changeovers, quality checks, documentation, material handling, and compliance with established manufacturing procedures. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, quality-driven, and able to work effectively in a regulated production environment.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Ability to read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.

• Ability to perform basic production, packaging, and assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use standard hand tools.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Support all 25 production processing areas as assigned.

• Perform various processing, filling, packaging, and assembly operations according to established procedures and work instructions.

• Follow prescribed filling and packaging procedures for consumable products and assembly instructions for equipment products.

• Perform equipment changeovers and machine adjustments using standard hand tools.

• Conduct basic equipment operation and production-related tasks while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

• Maintain housekeeping and workplace organization in accordance with 5S principles.

• Complete and maintain production records and documentation using Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Job Details Include:

• 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, overtime as needed

• $18 an hour

• Monday - Friday.
