JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Scope and Purpose: To produce, inspect and
package product per supplied specifications and instructions. Perform
mold press operations to support production floor. Shifts available are
12 hour shifts: A/C Crew 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, B/D Crew 6:00 pm - 6:00 am.
Key Accountabilities / Essential Functions: Perform mold press
operations to support production floor. Responsible for reading,
understanding and following work instructions. Inspect parts and report
defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor and/or QA
and Technical staff. Regular attendance. High School Diploma or
equivalent preferred. Other Position Duties: Maintain efficiency,
housekeeping, safety and GMP's. Monitor machinery/equipment operation
to detect problems. Measure, weigh or count materials and product. Other
duties as assigned. * OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications: The ability to follow oral and written instructions and
to understand, speak and read English. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
