Role: Operator/Assembler (Entry Level)
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Description:
Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations under direct supervision.
Follow written procedures, verbal instructions, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
Assemble and handle small components and parts with attention to detail.
Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability records.
Use computers and electronic data collection systems to document work.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine/preventive equipment maintenance.
Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality initiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members and manufacturing management.
Prior medical device, manufacturing, or regulated production experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
