Job Title: Operator I (Assembly / Manufacturing)
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Job Description:- Perform routine assembly and production tasks under supervision.
- Assemble small parts and components following work instructions.
- Read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Inspect products and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate production issues and solutions with supervisors and team members.
- Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Use computers and electronic data collection systems to record production information.
- Prioritize work and complete tasks in the correct order.
- Handle small components with good attention to detail.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:- Ability to read and understand written instructions (7th-grade reading/comprehension level).
- Ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Experience in medical device, manufacturing, or assembly is preferred.
- 6+ months of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bachelor's degree candidates are considered overqualified for this position.
