Job Title: Operator I (Assembly / Manufacturing)

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Job Description:
  • Perform routine assembly and production tasks under supervision.
  • Assemble small parts and components following work instructions.
  • Read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Inspect products and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate production issues and solutions with supervisors and team members.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Use computers and electronic data collection systems to record production information.
  • Prioritize work and complete tasks in the correct order.
  • Handle small components with good attention to detail.
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions (7th-grade reading/comprehension level).
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in medical device, manufacturing, or assembly is preferred.
  • 6+ months of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree candidates are considered overqualified for this position.
