The Operator Assistant is an entry-level, seasonal position that supports production operations during peak summer months (June-August). This role assists with packaging, material transfers, and basic testing activities while adhering to all safety, quality, and operational procedures. The Operator Assistant will work under close supervision to ensure efficient and safe production support.

Responsibilitiesarrow_right

• Assist with packaging finished products, including preparing containers, labeling, and staging materials
• Support material transfers, including moving raw materials and finished goods within the facility
• Assist with basic product sampling and testing activities as directed
• Prepare equipment, containers, and work areas in accordance with safety and quality procedures
• Follow all safety procedures when handling chemical products and equipment
• Accurately complete required documentation (e.g., labels, logs, basic tracking forms)
• Wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Qualificationsarrow_right

• High school diploma or currently enrolled preferred
• No prior manufacturing experience required (entry-level role)
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Basic computer skills preferred
