Where you’ll work…
At our Villa Palermo facility located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley. This modern, state-of-the-art food production plant features automated pizza manufacturing lines, an in-house bakery, and advanced packaging and labeling equipment.

When you’ll work…

• 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm

What you’ll do…

• Set up the machine for daily production, make adjustments as needed, and monitor for quality and performance
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate as needed
• Read and interact with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and GMP standards
• Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage
• Work collaboratively with Leads, Supervisors, and Quality Assurance to meet production goals

Work Environment…
This role is performed in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You’ll be regularly exposed to varying temperatures—including cold and refrigerated areas—as part of our frozen pizza production process. You must be comfortable working in cold conditions while remaining alert, focused, and safety conscious.

What you bring…

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in high-speed manufacturing or food production environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfort working with machinery and performing hands-on adjustments
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
• Solid communication and a team-oriented attitude
