What You'll Do Set up packaging equipment by entering HMI settings or manually adjusting switches, dials, levers, and knobs to meet proper operating parameters Load labels, corrugate, glue, and other materials into packaging equipment to keep production running smoothly Complete manual equipment changeovers, including the Quadrel Labeler and Douglas Casepacker, for different production runs Record production, equipment test, and quality assurance data on required forms to support tracking and product quality Check equipment surfaces for cleanliness after manual and COP tank cleaning and sanitation processes are complete Share and gather shift updates during pass down meetings, including work status, recipes, cleaning progress, equipment needs, and open issues Support peer-to-peer training and follow SOP and SSOP guidance to maintain safe, consistent operating practices Plan production start and stop times, and calculate raw materials needed to meet shift goals What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you'll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
