Operator

Our client, a leader in chemical manufacturing and pharmaceutical support, is seeking an Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the Production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Filler Operator

Location: Belvidere, NJ

Pay Range: $18-$22/hour

Shift: Dupont schedule 28-day rotating

What's the Job?

• Operate blending, packaging, and storage tank equipment to support production processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety regulations during material handling and storage
• Communicate process status and any issues to team leads to maintain smooth operations
• Document production activities accurately, including batch records and inventory logs
• Assist in inventory management and material disbursement to meet production schedules

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive onsite
• Some forklift experience and knowledge of GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
• Ability to perform physical duties and maintain meticulous recordkeeping
• Must be clean-shaven and able to pass respirator fit testing
