Safety-Kleen Systems, in Metairie, LA, is looking for a Blending & Loading Operator Lead to join their safety conscious team! This leader will be responsible for receiving, sampling and unloading all inbound bulk shipments of used oil by rail, and truck as well as overseeing other Blending & Unloading Operators. This individual will work within all local, state, and federal rules and regulations; and follow all Safety-Kleen policies and procedures.
This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Pay, schedule, and testing requirements are governed by the union contract.
Work Schedule (per CBA): Monday-Friday; 6AM-2PM
Hourly Wage Range (per CBA): $21-$27/HR

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?
- 2-3 years loading/unloading and chemical blending experience preferred
- 3+ years supervisory, Lead, or Foreman experience in a production environment preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions
- Basic computer knowledge
- Work well in a team environment
