Job Summary We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our team in Carlisle PA. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move locate relocate stack and count materials within the facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations while ensuring a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts sit-down stand-up reach truck or pallet jack to move materials throughout the facility

Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner

Transport materials to and from storage areas production lines and loading docks

Stack and store products in designated areas while maintaining proper inventory organization

Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues

Read work orders or follow instructions to determine materials to be moved or stored

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Assist with inventory counts cycle counts and product verification as needed

Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations

Shifts & Pay Rates ShiftSchedulePay Rate

A Tuesday - Friday 600 AM - 430 PM 17.00hr

B Monday - Thursday 500 PM - 330 AM 17.75hr

C Saturday - Monday 500 AM - 530 PM 18.00hr

D Friday - Sunday 500 PM - 530 AM 18.25hr

Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Ability to stand bend stoop and reach for extended periods

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required

Must be able to work the full shift schedule without accommodations
