Operator (Entry Level) Lingo 1st: 6 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday
2nd: 2 pm to 10 pm Monday to Friday
3rd: 10 pm to 6 am, from Sunday to Thursday

The Entry-Level Chemical Operator is responsible for assisting with daily chemical production activities, operating equipment safely, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This role supports the manufacturing process by monitoring equipment, handling materials, and following all safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment under supervision.
Measure, mix, and load raw materials according to instructions.
Inspect products during and after processing for quality accuracy.
Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and safety checklists.
Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures at all times.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling tasks.
Communicate equipment issues or process deviations to supervisors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic mechanical or industrial skills preferred.
Willingness to work in a chemical/manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
