Position Summary

This position is responsible for answering the phones and scheduling patient appointments.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Answer the telephone and take messages
  • Accurately enters patient demographics, and clarifies patients PCP for insurance purposes
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. completion. Some college preferred.
  • Two years of experience providing customer service in a health care setting.
