Summary: Based in Andover, MA the HIP Operator will perform essential job functions associated with heat treatment under the direction of the Operations Supervisor to meet customer specifications including assisting other employees as needed. The HIP Operator operates the equipment in the Control Room, including starting the units, monitoring the units and sampling the gas used during the cycles and filling out the paperwork that goes to the end customer. In addition: building and boxing of the cycles and loading/unloading the cycles into/out of the units.

Pay & Benefits Information
The hourly pay range for this position is $23 - $24 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal law.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation, including shift differential.
