Description:
We’re seeking a reliable Operator to handle incoming truckloads of organic material, operate and maintain processing equipment, and ensure safe, efficient facility operations. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, coordinating with drivers, and inspecting materials for quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Direct trucks for unloading and manage incoming organic waste materials.
Inspect materials to ensure safety and suitability for processing.
Operate and maintain machinery, pumps, loaders, and other equipment.
Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and general site upkeep.
Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
Communicate equipment or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience operating heavy or industrial equipment preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
Pay: $23/hr with pay raises and bonus opportunities after 90 days.
