Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality medical devices within a cleanroom environment.
- Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical catheters and other devices.
- Maintain compliance and quality by following standardized procedures.
- Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly.
- Interact positively with internal and external customers.
- Adhere to safety guidelines while onsite.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure traceability and address quality issues.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Handle and maneuver small components and parts under a microscope.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
- Perform repeated tasks such as grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
- Comply with dress code and personal appearance standards in a cleanroom environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manual assembly of medical devices.
- Proficiency in using tools under a microscope for extended periods.
- Hand soldering experience.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments.
- Experience in maintaining written and electronic documentation.
