Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Experience using basic hand tools in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Comfortable working in a medical device manufacturing environment (no makeup or perfumes allowed).
Ability to remain seated for extended periods during the shift.
Experience working with small parts and using a microscope preferred.
