Operator I Assembler - Klauber Machine & Gear

 

 

JOB PURPOSE

The Assembler will perform any combination of the following tasks to assemble gear motors and components, subassemblies, products, or systems in a team environment.  Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

 

(To perform this successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required).

 

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required:  3+ Months experience in a manufacturing or factory environment

Preferred: 1+ Years experience in manufacturing or factory environment with assembly of mechanical components

Required: Must be familiar with and able to use hand tools, electric screwdrivers, drills, pliers, etc.  Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred:  Able to work with speed and accuracy
