This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a regulated manufacturing environment while meeting daily production objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
- Perform product testing, calibration, and verification procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Inspect components and finished products for quality and compliance with established standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues while working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Complete required production documentation, including material tracking and non-conformance reports.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and safety guidelines.
- Support training and knowledge sharing with team members as proficiency is demonstrated.
- Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Experience using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and measuring instruments.
- Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Basic computer skills and mathematical understanding.
- Good hand-eye coordination with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and complete required training successfully.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience working under FDA, ISO, GMP, or similar quality standards.
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems and documentation practices.
