The role requires understanding quality standards, performing visual inspections, and completing reports accurately. Maintaining a clean, safe work area and respecting co-workers and equipment are essential. Skills include acceptable attendance, ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs., understanding product types, and proper use of IQMS for clocking in/out.
