Operator I

Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Shift: Mon-Fri | 6am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines that grind, smooth, and buff produced parts.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process.

Requirements:

• Experience in production with attention to detail.
• Good hand/eye coordination to spot and fix imperfections.
• Experience in using a microscope and working hands-on with small parts.
• Experience working in a machine shop environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a "Clean Room Environment" is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications (MS Word and Excel).
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
