Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Operator I to set up and operate machines that grind, smooth, and buff manufactured parts. You will inspect small parts under a microscope, correct imperfections, and help ensure quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines that grind, smooth, and buff produced parts
• Inspect parts under a microscope to identify imperfections
• Correct imperfections by hand with precision
• Maintain quality assurance standards throughout production
• Work collaboratively with the production team

Qualifications:

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in production or a machine shop environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination, with hands-on experience handling small parts
• Experience using a microscope
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Preferred

• Prior experience working in a clean room environment
