Job Title: Operator I Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $18.00 $20.24/hour (W-2) Shift: 4:00 AM 2:30 PM
Job Summary Responsible for producing high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing environment. Performs assembly, repair, testing, inspection, and documentation of pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device components while following standardized procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical devices and related components.
Follow written work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure product traceability.
Operate electronic data collection systems and basic computer software.
Communicate production issues and process improvements to supervisors.
Follow Lean Manufacturing principles and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and safety regulations.
Handle small components with precision while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Prioritize tasks to meet daily production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Basic computer skills and experience using electronic documentation systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
