Duration: 12+ Months from Start Date with Possible Extensions Pay Rate $ 20.25/hr. on W2
Shift: 4:00PM to 2:30 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 2+ years of medical device assembly experience required Catheter or small component assembly experience preferred Must be able to explain previous medical device work responsibilities Top Required Skills: Medical device assembly experience Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills Microscope operation experience Ability to follow SOPs and detailed work instructions Quality inspection and attention to detail GDP/GMP documentation experience Technical Skills: Experience assembling medical devices/components Cleanroom/controlled environment experience preferred Ability to use microscopes, hand tools, syringes, razor blades, soldering tools, adhesives, and equipment Perform visual inspection and precision measurements Complete production documentation accurately Work Environment: Primarily sitting role (70 80% sitting / 20 30% standing) Frequent microscope use required No team lifting required (minimal lifting) May involve cleanroom procedures and gowning Education: High School Diploma/GED required Minimum 7th-grade reading and comprehension level Candidate Qualities: Detail-oriented and quality-focused Able to follow procedures with minimal supervision Good decision-making skills Comfortable working in a team manufacturing environment Interview/Arrival Instructions: Arrive at Main Entrance (West side of building) Check in at the front desk Ask receptionist for Lameck Gisemba, Wantree Yang, and Ryan Payne
