Operator

Job Title: Operator 
Location: Irvine, CA
Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM | Pay: $19.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality medical devices within a cleanroom environment.
• Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical catheters under close supervision.
• Maintain compliance and quality during routine assignments following standardized procedures.
• Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Follow safety guidelines while onsite.
• Ensure accurate documentation to maintain traceability and address quality issues.

Requirements:

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions.
• Handle and maneuver small components and parts under a microscope.
• Capable of sitting and standing for long periods.
• Able to perform repeated tasks such as grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
• Adhere to strict dress code requirements for cleanroom environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manual assembly of medical devices.
• Proficiency in using tools under a microscope for extended periods.
• Experience in hand soldering.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments.
• Ability to maintain written and electronic documentation.
