Summary:
Location: Irvine
Shift: 2nd Shift
Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical catheters under close supervision.
Ensure compliance and quality while executing routine assignments according to standardized procedures.
Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly.
Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
Follow safety guidelines while onsite.
Maintain accurate documentation as required by FDA regulations to ensure traceability and address quality issues.
Requirements:
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts under a microscope.
Capability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Able to perform repeated tasks such as grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
Adhere to dress code requirements, ensuring all clothing is non-shedding, clean, and free of visible contamination.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in manual assembling of medical devices.
Proficiency in assembling and using tools under a microscope for extended periods.
Experience with hand soldering.
Familiarity with working in a cleanroom environment.
