OPERATOR
Mears is looking for Operators to support their Kansas City MO jobsite. In this role, you'll join field crews to safely complete projects, working directly under the Foreman and Superintendent. The position involves outdoor work, operating construction equipment and assisting craft workers with their assigned tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver license
DOT Medical Card (if operating company equipment)
High school Diploma or equivalent
The physical activity for this role includes:
Standing, walking, for extended periods
Repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds
Repeatedly kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching
Exposure to loud work environments
Work outdoors in a range of conditions, including hot and cold weather.
Travel as needed to job sites
Move about, in, and around construction vehicles
Pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check
