Role: Operator I
Location: Irvine, CA 92614
Shift Available: 1 & 2
Job Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices and related components
Follow standardized manufacturing procedures and quality guidelines
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer applications
Work in a cleanroom/manufacturing environment while following strict safety and gowning procedures
Required Skills:
Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Basic computer and data entry skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Additional Requirements:
Ability to handle small components and perform repetitive tasks
Must comply with strict dress code, contamination control, and cleanroom requirements
Comfortable working in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
