Operator/ Machine Operator/ Assembler/ Cleanroom

We are seeking an Operator II to support manufacturing and production operations in a hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with microscopes and hand tools, follow established procedures, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, visual acuity, and quality standards.

• Perform manufacturing and production operations according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Work comfortably with microscopes for detailed inspection and production activities.
• Use hand tools to manipulate, handle, assemble, or inspect components.
• Read, write, and interpret work instructions, procedures, and other production documentation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout production activities.
• Safely handle and move materials weighing less than 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support production requirements across assigned shifts.

• Ability to pass a visual/eye examination and color vision test.
• Comfortable working with microscopes.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform detailed manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing less than 50 lbs.
• Ability to demonstrate close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
