Role: Operator I
Location:Westfield, IN 46074 (1820 Bastian Court, Westfield, IN 46074)Job Summary:
Seeking an Operator I to manufacture high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related assemblies. The role involves assembly, repair, testing, documentation, and adherence to strict quality and regulatory standards in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, repair, and test medical devices.
  • Follow standardized manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
  • Ensure product traceability and compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Operate electronic data collection systems and basic computer software.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle small components with excellent manual dexterity.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with strict gowning requirements.
Preferred Skills:
