Responsibilities:
Works under general supervision in connecting callers to the appropriate person / area. Coordinates patient telephone service. Performs various clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Requires the ability to read and write well enough to type, edit and proof information on a computer; computer skills to perform basic arithmetic for preparation of various reports, and a knowledge of office procedures
- Requires completion of a high school education or the equivalent
- Requires a complete knowledge of office procedures and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of people is essential
- Requires at least six months of office experience
