What You'll Do
  • Operate and monitor production equipment used in drying, freezing, wet and dry processing, sifting, grinding, boxing, re-boxing, and packaging while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Assemble, disassemble, clean, sanitize, move, load, unload, and set up materials, supplies, and equipment for production runs.
  • Perform Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, identify and report product quality concerns, and follow GMPs and SOPs at all times.
  • Support production goals by preparing for shift transitions, making minor equipment adjustments, completing scheduled cleaning tasks, and working overtime as required.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) protocols, and participate in safety training and meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members, support the training of new employees, communicate operational concerns, and help drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
  • At least six months of production experience or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training.
  • Basic reading, writing, and computer skills, including the ability to use ERP scanners when required.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately count, track, and adjust inventory.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow quality, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating accountability and professionalism.
  • Previous forklift experience is a plus, and forklift certification may be required with training provided as needed.

  • A full-time third shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with mandatory overtime on Sundays from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
