Title: Operator
Location: Norwalk, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00
Shift: 2nd shift
Mon.-Thurs. 4:30pm- 3:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep and organize strings and other raw materials in work area
• Operate horizontal baler machines and associated waste conveyors
• Sweep and shovel straw waste into horizontal baler through use of waste conveyor
• Tie off, package, and palletize completed rebales
• Dispose of all scrap waste bale materials (string) and other trash into trash dumpster
• Clean/sweep straw chaff around horizontal baler and waste conveyor areas
• Participates in daily 5S cleaning procedures of production floor
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
