This position involves preparing and operating flexographic presses to produce high-quality roll-to-roll printed materials, following daily instructions from production leaders.
Shifts are 2nd (12:45 pm–9:15 pm) and 3rd (8:45 pm–5:15 am), with compensation ranging from $24–$30/hr DOE.
Responsibilities include setting up presses, troubleshooting, checking color and registration, managing inks, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires understanding job specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to safety protocols.
Ideal candidates have basic mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy loads safely. Preferred experience includes flexographic printing and ink/color matching.
