About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operator to join our client's team in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers, identifying opportunities for service improvement, and assisting field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
- Ensure individual and crew work safety.
- Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
- Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Requirements
- Experience in operating heavy industrial equipment.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with HSE policies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications or training in equipment operation.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience in the heavy industrial sector.
- Familiarity with safety training programs and procedures.
