Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Coordinator and within established hospital and department policies and procedures, perform a variety of hospital communication system and answering service duties.
Essential Qualifications:
• Familiarity with computer terminal, keyboard and telephone console and answering service experience is preferred.

Skills:
• Knowledge of the computer terminal, switchboard and keyboard is necessary. • Excellent telephone and customer service skills. • A basic knowledge of answering service and medical terminology preferred. • Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
Salary Range: $15.67-$23.50
