Operator

1st shift: M-F 5am – 1:30pm or 6am – 2:30pm | Pay: 19.25/hr
2nd shift: M-F 2pm- 10:30pm or 2:30pm – 11pm | Pay: 21.18/hr
3rd shift Sunday – Fri 9pm – 5:30am | Pay: $21.68 per hour

• Must have 6 months manufacturing experience (medical device experience is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in English for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in training sessions led by an instructor
• Comfortable using microscopes
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information
• Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle or feel
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours a day
• Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push or pull

Requirements:

• Must pass eye exam and color vision test
• Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to lift/carry items less than 50 pounds
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide

Preferred Skills:

• Not looking for warehouse, forklift drivers/handlers, or short tenures
