Job Description Summary
The role is responsible for managing and enhancing the daily operations and reporting processes related to Capex and Opex within the Gas Power Sourcing Value Stream. This position involves consolidating financial data, ensuring accurate budget tracking,
and providing comprehensive reports to leadership. Additionally, the role focuses on evaluating and improving the wing-to-wing process of Sourcing OPEX and CAPEX to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis skills, experience with enterprise tools like SAP and GEARS, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
o Conduct thorough assessments of current processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
o Develop and implement strategies to streamline the wing-to-wing process, reducing cycle times and improving accuracy.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and incorporate best practices.
o Monitor the impact of process improvements and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous enhancement.
o Provide training and support to stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $108,800.00 and $181,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
