Position Summary: Scribes are responsible for assisting the physicians by recording all findings during the examination in the electronic patient record. Scribes complete encounter forms, glasses/medication prescription forms and recall information. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Conditions: Eye Clinic of Wisconsin has eight locations. While staff will be assigned to a “home” location, travel to satellites is a requirement of the position. Hours of work will be dependent on the needs of the Clinic. Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Occasional lifting (30 pounds), bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs is required.
