How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver Expert Ophthalmic Care: Perform advanced patient care, take medical histories, administer eye medications, and execute routine vision screening procedures under ophthalmologist direction.
• Optimize Clinic Operations: Manage treatment room preparation, maintain and sterilize specialized equipment, and oversee rigorous inventory stocking.
• Streamline Patient Workflow: Coordinate appointment schedules, process patient records, and manage the accurate verification and dispensing of contact lenses and prescription eyewear.
• Elevate Patient Education: Conduct clinical training sessions for patients on hygienic contact lens insertion, removal, and long-term care.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s

degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we''re seeking

• JCAHPO Certification preferred but not required.
• MA, PCT are encouraged to apply, patient facing care preferred.
• Some travel is required to satellite clinics, once a week based on clinic need.
