Work Environment
This position is based in a busy retina clinic environment with an extremely fast-paced workflow, where the team may see 80-100 patients per day. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with shifts typically falling between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and actual start and end times adjusted based on clinic needs. Training takes place at an administrative building before transitioning to clinic-based work. The role operates within a team of approximately 8-24 clinical staff, with each physician supported by a dedicated group of eight clinic team members. Employees are assigned to three primary clinics, with a home clinic in a high-volume location and occasional support at other clinics as needed. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance, and mileage is reimbursed when traveling to clinics outside the assigned three. The environment offers exposure to high-level clinical research trials and provides opportunities for career growth into clinical research roles, supported by annual continued education funding. The dress code requires navy blue scrubs, short and well-groomed nails, and hair that is tied back to maintain a professional and safe clinical appearance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
