Ophthalmic Technician / Scribe (Training Provided)

We are seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Technician/Scribe to join this patient-focused practice. If you are eager to learn, love to help others, and want to be part of a close-knit, supportive team for a long-term position, we'd love to meet you — even if you have no ophthalmology experience!

What You'll Do:

• Work side-by-side with the doctors, acting as their clinical assistant and scribe during patient visits
• Gather and document patient histories, perform preliminary eye tests, and support patient care
• Learn new skills and clinical techniques on the job—no prior ophthalmology experience required
• Float between the Havertown and Media offices as needed (sometimes both in one day)
• Work most shifts from 8am–5pm Monday–Friday, with one evening shift (12–8pm) per week

• Bright, quick-thinking, and eager to learn
• Reliable and ready to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Flexible with your schedule and work location
• Genuinely interested in healthcare and supporting patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: $19+ per hour (higher for experienced candidates)
