            • Provide inpatient pediatric ophthalmology coverage, including NICU rounding for ROP screening and treatment.<\/li>
            • Staff ambulatory pediatric ophthalmology clinic (8 -hour shifts on Tuesdays, PRN Wednesdays as needed).<\/li>
            • Perform ROP treatments, such as laser therapy, and manage follow -up care.<\/li>
            • Cover physician vacations for both inpatient and outpatient pediatric ophthalmology services.<\/li>
            • Complete orientation requirements, hand hygiene demonstration, and employee health clearance prior to first shift.<\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>
