Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist with specialized training in Glaucoma to join our growing Ophthalmology department. We seek a collaborative team player to become part of our esteemed and well-established practice.

Position Overview:
  • The practice includes fellowship-trained specialists in retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
  • All necessary technology is available, and we are open to acquiring any additional equipment as needed.
  • Service locations include New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.
  • We provide coordinated resources and shared expertise.
  • Comprehensive administrative and care management support is available.
Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible for licensure in Connecticut prior to starting practice.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility and a DEA license are required.

Compensation Details:

The compensation range for this position is between $400,000 and $450,000 with potential for additional earnings. A generous sign-on bonus is also available. The specified compensation range is based on industry standards, and final salary determinations will consider various factors, including years of experience, individual performance, quality metrics, and job location.
