Ophthalmology, Medical/Surgical Retina Specialist | Greenbelt, MD

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical or Surgical Retina Specialist to join our practice. • Established retina volume with strong internal and community referral network
• Opportunity to focus on medical retina or build/expand surgical volume

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of retinal conditions, including: Diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular disease, and macular edema
• Perform intravitreal injections, in-office retinal procedures, and laser treatments
• For surgical candidates: perform vitreoretinal surgery including vitrectomy, membrane peels, retinal detachment repair, and related procedures
• Collaborate closely with referring providers to ensure seamless patient care
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency
• Fellowship training in Medical or Surgical Retina
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused mindset
