Initio Sphere is onboarding qualified professionals to join as Opportunity Sourcing Analysts.
This is not an employment role. Opportunity Sourcing Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts:
Identify and introduce qualified investment opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Work directly with capital allocators and deal principals on live opportunities
Earn transaction-based compensation on successful closings
Build a verified sourcing track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals who are already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, founders, and highly networked professionals.
Approved Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may:
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Submit qualified deals through the Initio Sphere platform
Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
Introduce deal principals to aligned investors or sponsors
Coordinate initial conversations and early-stage diligence handoff
Opportunity Sourcing Analysts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising. Analytical and diligence work is handled by certified analysts within the platform.
Based on approval level and experience, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, opportunistic, or niche investments
Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated experience, sourcing credibility, and deal quality.
Compensation is 100% success-based
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Compensation is paid only after successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and sourcing role
No earnings caps for consistently high-quality opportunity flow

Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin submitting qualified investment opportunities
There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching.
Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
Opportunity Sourcing Analysts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the general public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Operators with visibility into real, upcoming transactions
Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early
Monetize deal flow without launching a fund
Earn on transactions without underwriting or balance-sheet risk
Work directly with credible investors and fund managers
Build long-term signal, trust, and a verified deal history
