Duties and Responsibilities
This position provides operational and clerical support to the South District Program Manager's office of the Bureau of Dealer Services. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for the following duties: Daily Distribution of Mail, Preparing complex correspondence related to high level investigations, Answering the Phone, Daily Filing of Office Documentation, Maintaining office supplies, Scheduling and coordinating meetings, Maintaining South District electronic filing systems, Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes, and Conducting quality review of completed rebuilt vehicle transactions.
