| Job Description: | Why Join Our Team? Our Museum Safety Representatives play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for Museum visitors, staff, and occupants. As part of the Museum’s front-line operations, Museum Safety Representatives help ensure that guests can enjoy the Museum’s spaces, exhibits, and collections in a safe and secure setting. Representatives regularly interact with Museum visitors, providing information about exhibits, Museum events, and available resources while helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all visitors. Essential duties include:
This is a part-time, time-limited OPS position with a minimum one-year commitment preferred. 20 hours per week; shifts are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Weekday, weekend and holiday availability are required. Training is anticipated to begin in late October 2026. |
