Overview

We are seeking an Operations Project Analyst to support project initiatives within a Funds Transfer operations team. This role plays a key role in testing, implementation support, defect tracking, reporting, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in both team and independent settings while supporting high-priority operational projects.

Responsibilities

Project Support

• Participate in all phases of Funds Transfer projects, including:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Design support
  • Testing preparation
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Implementation activities
• Process and execute test scripts accurately and within deadlines
• Identify, document, communicate, and escalate defects and project issues
• Assist with data validation, reporting, and project tracking activities
• Support resolution of project challenges and help drive initiatives forward
• Represent the Funds Transfer team in cross-functional projects as needed

• Build positive working relationships with team members and internal stakeholders
• Communicate professionally and effectively across project teams
• Respond proactively to project requirements and operational needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, testing, operations, or business process initiatives
• Familiarity with project lifecycle concepts and implementation activities
• Financial services, banking operations, payment processing, or funds transfer experience
• Experience with defect tracking, testing documentation, or project reporting
• Exposure to project management methodologies and tools
